Full of mystery. I enjoyed the book very much. It was great seeing family sticking together and strangers helping each other.

The family story of how they immigrated was almost too easy. Most asylum seekers don’t have angels to lead the way. I have enjoyed all of Fern Michael’s books, this one just a little less.
