In business circles, I’m known for being cutthroat and demanding. Robert Dumont is a hard-ass, they say. And it’s true. I thrive on challenges. Taking the family-owned restaurant chain to the next level is my passion. When my sister’s marriage implodes, I head back to New York, to be there for her and my niece.

These are my only two priorities: growing the business and taking care of my family. My new neighbor is a temptation I hadn’t counted on. Skye Winchester is bold, sensual, and I just can’t keep my distance. I’m determined to make her mine. But once I’ve touched her, I want more. I want to worship her all night long.

As a business owner herself, Skye’s got enough on her plate. I was expecting her to run in the opposite direction when she realizes how complicated my life is. Instead, she does the opposite: making my sister laugh, charming my niece...she completely wins me over.

Neither of us expected our attraction to grow until it obscures everything but each other. And neither of us can afford to allow that. But how can we stop now?

I have fallen in love with this family and Skye and Rob are no exception. This is my favorite type of romance where there is very little angst (a speed bump here and there but no over the top inner dialog), characters who are open to falling in love and not afraid to admit it, plenty of steamy scenes, and a fabulous happily ever after. This is another home run from Layla Hagen.

One Perfect Touch by Layla Hagen is the third book in the series. I loved everything about Robert and Skye’s love story. They fall flawlessly in love with each other with instant and sparkling chemistry, great conversations and romantic dates. Their relationship is so hot and passionate. I was so captivated by their beautiful romance that I didn’t want it to end. I highly recommend this book and series.

One Perfect Touch is Skye Winchester and Robert (Rob) Dumont ‘s story and the writing strong, with characters that were easy to relate to and I found myself totally invested in the story that Ms. Hagen wove from the first to the last chapter.

This is a book that left me with a smile on my face, it was also steamy and passionate. Rob ticked the boxes for me, hot as sin, an alpha, kind and caring, he set my heart on fire. I loved Skye, she is sassy and feisty and not at all afraid to go after what she wants.

I loved how the relationship between Skye and Rob developed until it becomes impossible to resist and becomes a passionate and explosive love; I also enjoyed the banter between them which added to my enjoyment.

Rob is totally swoon worthy and I have found yet another book boyfriend to add to my collection. The books in this series keep getting better and better and this was one of those books that gave me all the feels, a little gem that I recommend.

Enjoyed every minute of it. Skye and Rob had a fun, easy and sexy banter. And with the support of their families they were able to get rid of their fear of falling in love and it happened naturally. I previously read this book, but enjoyed further listening to it. Maxine and Joe made an amazing narration. I voluntarily reviewed audiobook.

Kinda boring. It was a cute enough story with good narration. There wasn’t really any conflict other than the MFC insecurities which were immediately addressed by the MMC. I was cringing and rolling my eyes at the very end. I had to skip through the last 1/2 hour to make it through, but I’m not really a wedding person. Also, I finally realized why I never really find many of Layla Hagen’s characters believable. They are pretty much perfect versions of their genders. The women are strong, independent, and always amazing at what they do for a living. They also never get jealous and are always supportive and enclusive to ALL other females. The men (the good ones) are never insecure, pretty perfect at articulating their thoughts and feels, and are always able to sprint into action if a woman needs their support or to be “spoiled”. Having all or most of the characters like this just seems very unlikely.
