There are so many sentences that were changed or left out completely. While passages read aloud that aren’t in the book itself. The story was incredible but I couldn’t get over the missing or changed sentences.

This is my first written review because i just had to say something about the narrators. both were monotone and robotic and neither had the passion that you look for when listening to a book. they made me almost not wanna finish the book because it was not entertaining me at all. sorry for the rant just had really high hopes for it since powerless narrators were SO good.

This is a great story, especially hearing it from his side. Heartbreaking but so intriguing. Just wish that the female narrator would’ve been better.

The female narrator doesn’t switch her tone of voice when speaking as a man so I got lost a few times in the dialogue. The male narrator is very robotic sounding. The story is creative and heartwarming but very predictable. It was not long enough for much character development. It’s fun to get Adeenas cheery viewpoints.

Loved the different pov and somehow fell in love with A even though I knew she was doomed. super disappointed that there was no teaser to Reckless though just an excerpt from powerful for some reason
