this book is one of the very BEST romance novels I have ever read!!!!! eager and excited to reread this beautiful love story unfold over and over.

I do not consider Ramsbury a particularly desirable parti - or man. His treatment of a 16 year old at her first ball was flat-out despicable. The stupidity of his actions after the woman he hoped to marry turned him down did not denote much (if any) improvement of his character. The heroine’s actions were more understandable, but did not add enough to this story. And then there is the narrator. She is tiresome, but bearable if the story is enthralling enough for the listener to overlook or ignore her reading style which was not the case here.

My favorite book of hers so far. It is the most enjoyable book. The lovely lady reading it is the best I have ever heard. I hope she reads all of her books in the future.

Spoiler** I love a couple who can fight & still fall in love! This book is really fun, there are many twists and turns that take you on a roller coaster, but not too high or too low. A dying man, a lie, two heart breaks, one happy couple. What more could you want?
