I would not call myself a "self-care" person, having been raised in a "work is fun" kind of family. It always seemed 'fluffy' to me.

But life has a way of showing you what's important, and I was delighted to listen to this audio book and not only take away practical insights and tips, but I laughed, smirked, and found myself nodding gmy head and saying 'Yup, that's me.'

I loved the chapters as lessons you can be bounce around to. The exercises recommend are easy to do, and I love the work book and planner .
