About the Creator

Kyle Kirrin is a Baltimore-based writer and active SFWA member whose fiction has appeared in Fireside, PodCastle, Beneath Ceaseless Skies, and elsewhere. He won 1st place in the international Writers of the Future contest judged by Orson Scott Card, Tim Powers, and David Farland, and he was a longtime first reader at the Hugo and Nebula award-winning Apex Magazine.
He cut his MMO teeth on Phantasy Star Online and Lineage II, which eventually gave way to games like WoW, Wildstar, and Archeage. More recently he's become hooked on Civilization 6, where he spends an inordinate amount of his free time trying to beat Deity with a single Petra city.
His Ripple System series has become a fan-favorite in the LitRPG community for its humor, engaging characters and realistic depictions of in-game mechanics.

Excellent narration by Travis Baldree as expected, engaging banter with everyone’s favorite band of misfits, and much more moon hating. Can’t go wrong with this series.

Love the characters, Ned and Frank’s relationship, reminds me of my best friend and I. House is awesome! Get Frank’d if you don’t agree!

This is the best book yet— but HOW? I have no clue how the author keeps up the amazing energy, great characters, awesome action, and meaningful progression. Kirrin is crushing every other author in this genre 100%, I was sad when it ended and I’m practically foaming for Book 5

The action in this one is top notch, insane, and hype, and had me looking like a crazy person from how excited I was.

Travis Baldtree of course brings 300% to the story as well— His voice acting is absolutely top tier, as it always is with every book he’s done. Ned, Frank, Darling, House, even the villains of this book, all incredibly unique voices and are instantly recognizable without any description needed!

Kyle, I hope you see this— Keep it up man, honestly my favorite book series of all time and you have something spectacular here that can be built upon (even beyond EBO?)

I loved everything about this book. If you liked the previous books, this one will not disappoint.

Bonus story at end was very cool. I just love the way the author writes, and with Travis reading it, it’s so good.

The book was good and all and will definitely get the next, but need more of the Frankening. I would like a 15 part series that will get both a graphic novel and tv show, no less but maybe more of Frank.
