I didn't struggle to finish, the book was a page turner. The narrator kept me enterested

SIN & MAGIC surpassed the first book in the series for pacing and humor! I found myself laughing out loud at points. New characters reminiscent of some of KF Breene’s other lead females are introduced and they add spice to an already winning cast.
SIN & MAGIC turns up the heat between Alexis and Keiran. We get to see both begin to change and grow as a result of knowing one another. Watching characters evolve organically throughout a series is one of my favorite things about choosing titles that are NOT stand-alones and KF BREENE excels at this. Snarky personalities and new questions about characters in the periphery carry the storyline along as Alexis continues to try and help Keiran’s mother. Alexis is becoming a true powerhouse in her own right and I can’t wait to see what other things we discover about her origins and abilities.
Each character has a lot of heart and the potential for many spin-off storylines is being laid (fingers crossed😊) KF BREENE has definitely kept readers on the hook with SIN & MAGIC and I can’t wait to see where she will take several of the potential story arcs in the next book!!

I am enjoying this series so far. It is not edge of your seat can't put down, but it is still great and unique. I haven't read anything with demi gods before and all of this and it really has me intrigued. Looking forward to the next part in their journey.

I love this series so far. The story is fantastic, the romance is sweet and sexy, the main characters very well written and with quite a bit of depth.

I'm not so sure about that Bria, though. 😁

That said, I'm not thrilled with the narration. It's difficult at times to tell when characters are speaking - aloud, at least - and I don't like the way she voices Alexis; her lines are spoken too quickly and with a bit too much snark.

Found this author and absolutely love her stories!!! it's a must! The humor and sassy characters you will love. I enjoy the bond they have to and pull everyone in.
