This was a great fantasy book by an indie author. I loved the relatable characters, the world building was easy to follow and not over burdening. I would recommend this as a great option for any young reader wanting to get into fantasy or a newbie to the genre can’t wait to dive into book two!

Being newer to fantasy this was a great book to listen to. The story had me hooked by chapter one, thought the story the each character was put though tough choice that challenged and developed them in the best way possible not to mention the heartbreak and new relationships that came from the adventure. If you are looking for a good listen filled with twists and turns, friendship, heartbreak, love, and badass action than this is the book for you
