I enjoyed the characters and the story line. I enjoy a book that reels you in and you feel you have to find out what happens to the couple!

Here we have Kendall and Knox. A big age gap. A forbidden love. Kendall falls in love with Knox, her ex boyfriend’s dad. Whoopsie.

I have to be honest I couldn’t stop listening to this story. Besides two of my favorite narrators gracing my ears, there are the secrets, the lies, the eventual revelations, it’s all compelling storytelling.

Now that Jenna Hartley has drawn me into Knox’s world and his family, (all billionaires by the way) I’m definitely going to head into book 2 soon!

Tor Thom and Lucy Rivers are outstanding narrators for this story.

Got here because I am a Lucy Rivers fan and she recommended this one on her social media. I am so glad I took her rec!

There are times where age gap romances just don’t vibe with me or worse the FMC comes across annoying to me. Not this one! Loved how they came together and the very real and honest conversations they had about their relationship. The FMC is about 20 years younger but they are definitely in the same emotional place for a relationship.

It’s also a ex BF’s dad romance which these can give me a yuck but I loved how the author treated the father son relationship as well as the one between the exes.

I listened and read to this one. Loved the audio by Lucy Rivers and Thor Thom. Dual style narration can be tough to get into sometimes but not this. You are taken in by the wonderful writing and narration and fall into the story.

Audiobook: narrated by Lucy Rivers & Tor Thom - really well done!

Overall I loved the tension and chemistry between Knox and Kendall. An ex-boyfriend’s dad will almost alwaysssss be a hit for me & this one was definitely enjoyed. Kendall ends up being a house sitter for Knox and once he finds out it’s her he isn’t willing to let slip through his fingers a second time - even if she’s his son’s ex. The way these two loved each other and put each other first was so good. This was my first book by Jenna but I’ll definitely be reading more.
