I loved the series, but this book seeeMed unfinished..is everyone else getting their own stories orrr??

Don’t really care for any of the characters. The story is surface level and I am confused on the pacing of events. These ladies sure do let these men slide when they should be groveling. Narration is okay, they both sometimes sound robotic. Jacqi excels at narrating spicy scenes. I am glad this was a free listen, unsure if I will finish the series.

I enjoyed it enough to listen all the way through but I won’t be following up with any of the sequels. This kidnapping sort of trope just wasn’t my cup of tea.
