I have the paperback too, and I loved listening while I read along and made notes. This book is a must read for all women, not just in midlife. It offers insight into why we do what we do, how to become more consistent with what we truly want, and how to cultivate a practice of self-awareness and self-leadership. I love that it’s narrated by the author. Highly recommend. Get a copy for yourself, and one to gift. It’s that good!
