This series by Granger has me completely hooked. It’s honestly amazing from start to finish. I’m not even going to lie there were moments in this book that literally gave me chills.
Not to give away too much whenTrevor was telling his story and revealing Adri’s background. When he explained how he toke on Trevor’s face the way that moment was written and performed was incredible. The emotion in the narration made it feel so real and intense.
I also have to talk about the narration because it truly elevated the entire experience. Trei Taylor and Dion Graham did an amazing job bringing these characters to life. Dion Graham’s voice is powerful and captivating, I’ve heard him in other books and he never disappoints. And Trei Taylor’s voice!!! Absolutely beautiful. She delivers emotion so naturally and really pulls you into the story. Together they made this audiobook unforgettable. I cannot wait for the next book. Granger is amazing author…

The story was good. I have to admit, to not hear from Maggie and the crew for a length of time was hard. However, I also love the connections that were made in this story. The performance was GOT DAMN AMAZING! It was relatable in the inner monologues you have with yourself! Can’t wait for the next book.

Loved this book…this answered all of my questions about Dr Holmes and Maggie’s grandmother Poette. For those who believe that it has nothing to do with the Maggie Grey, it ties everything together..just listen

This magical underground/DCU universe keeps getting better and better! The way Granger intertwines the stories and keeps me on my toes will continue to keep me coming back for more!

From The Secret World of Maggie Grey to now, it’s all coming together!

I enjoyed Trevor and Himora and I can’t wait to see the outcome of their child! I hope the DCU crew ends up coming back around in all of this!
