I waited for this to be available on Audible and it was absolutely worth it. Can’t say that I’ve read anything quite like it. The audio performance is on point and they choose the right narrators. There are moments when it feels a little young/immature (lots of reckless teenage behavior). Not necessarily something I would attribute to a book with a 29/30yr old main character. But still I’m very impressed and it was absolutely worth waiting for it to become available on Audible.

I’m not even done with the book yet and I had to write this review. This is my first time running a review for any book by the way, I’m a Harry Potter fan and the way I wish that the Wizard world was real. I love that this book makes me feel like I am attending a HBCU full of magic. I need more from this author. I need a book 2, a book 3, and so on. I couldn’t stop reading.
