The Aimes family's post-apocalyptic saga continues. In the dangerous, chaotic time that emerges after the collapse of the world’s governments, Alfred and Samantha Aimes are forced to make choices that will put their family and survival skills to the test. Living under the radar is not easy and when they venture from their hidden homestead the intrepid family finds themselves at the epicenter of a titanic and deadly struggle for the heart and soul of the free world. Evil men have put in play their plans for a New World Order. They have a horrifying final solution to exterminate billions and carve the world up into their own private empire and rule as kings. The Aimes family and other patriotic freedom fighters will try to throw a wrench in those plans, to carve out of the death and dust a free, brave new world. There are no natural brakes. The narration just runs on and on and on sentence after sentence. You find yourself suddenly in a different aspect of the story because the paragraph seem to be interlinked without pause for separation annoying. glad I only paid four dollars.

Virtual voice is annoying.

I found myself wanting more every second of this book! I need part 3, please write it! there is a whole other story where the first two books left off.

Best book ever!

The narration was complete garbage. No emotion. Every character sounds the same. Not a fan of computer generated narration.

Good story

Good story and plot. Enjoyed the characters and their development. Not a big fan of the virtual voice, but I’m sure it’s perfection will happen swiftly. Sometimes sentences run on or punctuate early or inflection is off. Also can’t get used to how it reads m one six S or .45 and .50 cal, but it’s understandable.

Good story.

This is the third time I’ve tried to listen to a book with virtual voice. It absolutely ruins the book. There’s very minimal inflection and run-on sentences and no stops between paragraphs or chapters. It’s horrible. I hate it. There will be a lot fewer books that I will listen to as this gets bigger.

Despise virtual voice
