I have read this book over and over and I had to pre-order this audio book I absolutely loved this story. Mila Kane is 1 of my favorites

This was my first time reading Mila Kane and she did not disappoint. This dark Mafia romance had me hooked from the first chapter. It was nonstop and i am here for it. I will be reading more of this author in the future. Narrators were perfect for this setting and they performed beautifully

I was in a listening rut until I heard this book. Loved it, especially when the MMC treats her right from the start and only builds trust with FMC. Will definitely listen to book 2 with Elio next. First time listening to this author but won't be my last.

Love my mafia tropes Renado and Charlotte aka Charlie, were GREAT!!! Spice 🌶🌶🌶 Both narrator's phenomenal.

Charlie loves her sister and does everything to keep her safe. Even agreeing to be a mafia wife. Lucy is the most ungrateful kid and it took me a while for me to like her. Renato was the perfect combo. Cruel and calculated when needed and sweet and caring when he was with Charlie. I loved how loyal she was. If you want older main characters and like a touch her and die hero you'll enjoy this book. 5 Star narration

For the love of God this has to be the most annoying MFC in voice and story. Her character voices are horrible and her sister is even worse. A third of the way through I had to skip the MFC's chapters and finally I just gave up because it just got worse. this women is just painfully stupid and difficult to listen to.
