Osho responds to questions on "Relaxing and Waking Up" and "The Difference Between Instinct and Intuition".

"In meditation you are not going anywhere. You are simply being here, relaxed, utterly centered in yourself. Everything stops. For this, no 'how' is needed."

This Osho talk is a question-answer session with only two questions. The first question was about awakening. Osho mentioned that it's not something that can be forced nor should it be sped up. If a person has an interest in enlightment and awareness then the first part of this Osho talk is invaluable. One takeaway from the first part was his example that the mind is kike a TV in a room with images and sounds coming out of it and the person in the room watching the TV is identifying with it. The practicioner must recognize that they are not the body, nor are they the mind, nor are they the feeling emotional center. Identifying with these things derails spiritual development and only confuses the practitioner. The second question was what is the difference between instinct and intelligence? Whereas the first question was about where we are going the second question is more down to earth and regards where we are coming from. I really liked the way Osho defined this: Instinct is that which is the body, the heart beat, breathing, digestion, all this is run by instinct. The mind is intelligence and this is where we find geography, mathmatics, philosophy, the ego: anything that can be rationalized, anything that can be called a thought form is of the mind. The mind is a great servant but a terrible master. Osho then went on to speak of the heart and how most artists, poets and musicians deal with this aspect. It is not thought oriented but based upon feeling. It also is where a hunch comes from when a person suspects something: intuition tends to be an insight that is born without any conscious thought. He then mentioned the observer or the watcher and how this is what is behind the body, mind and heart. Osho said this observer is the true master.

This entire conversation centers around the human psyche.
