⚡️ Happy New Year — and welcome back to Season 3. In this episode I give you a macro reset of the core Nothing Changes Until You Do framework, pulled straight from the workshop energy and built for real life.
❤️ Because when you strip everything down, life is just situations + decisions over time — and most of us keep repeating cycles until we finally change the input.

We break down the macro truths that run everyone:

• Emotion (every decision is chasing a feeling)
• Time (we all get the same 24 hours — and the math gets real fast)
