• Season 3 Ep. 4 | Nobody Smiled Back
    Feb 22 2026

⚡️ The last few days have been long — 14 to 15 hour days — and I needed a perspective reset.
❤️ In this episode I reflect on a couple moments that hit harder than I expected: something I noticed after the Built to Scale event… and a small interaction on a bike ride that made me stop and think about where we’re at as people.

We also touch on systems, AI, leadership, and a simple reminder I keep coming back to: the human part matters more than the hustle part.

In this episode I share what I’m doing to stay grounded when the workload stacks up — without losing myself in the process.

This episode is for you when you’re working hard, feeling stretched thin, and you need a clean reset. ⚡️❤️

  • Season 3 Ep. 3 | Stop the Spiral: Reset Your Frequency + Build Systems That Win
    Feb 14 2026

Season 3 Ep. 3 | Stop the Spiral: Reset Your Frequency + Build Systems That Win

⚡️ In this episode I break down what I’ve been noticing about emotional cycles—how I can hit a high high… then crash into a low low… and how I’m learning to catch it faster before I lose days to the spiral.
❤️ I walk through my “reverse-engineer the thought” framework (influence → thoughts → emotion → action → outcomes), the 3 levels of change, and the exact moment I used self-talk to flip my state when I woke up tired of feeling off.

We also get into why “systems” aren’t a cage (even if your personality hates them), how I’m using AI like a tool—not a crutch—and why putting yourself in the right rooms and reps matters more than motivation.

If you’ve been riding waves emotionally, trying to lock in consistency, or you’re ready to build a personal operating system that protects your energy… this one’s for you. ⚡️❤️

  • Season 3 Ep. 2 | It's February, Now What?
    Feb 1 2026

⚡️ Happy New Year — and welcome back to Season 3. In this episode I give you a macro reset of the core Nothing Changes Until You Do framework, pulled straight from the workshop energy and built for real life.
❤️ Because when you strip everything down, life is just situations + decisions over time — and most of us keep repeating cycles until we finally change the input.

We break down the macro truths that run everyone:

    • Emotion (every decision is chasing a feeling)
    • Time (we all get the same 24 hours — and the math gets real fast)
    • Life as cycles (patterns repeat until you rewrite the system)

Then I walk through the full framework: Influence → Thoughts → Emotion → Decision → Outcome, and how to reverse-engineer the moments you’re not proud of — without spiraling or pretending you’re fine.

⚡️ I also share a real-time example from my own relationship where I used the framework after a high-emotion moment, plus the weekly “check-in sheet” prompts that keep resentment from stacking.
❤️ And we close with the 3 Levels of Change, why you’ll bounce between Level 2 and Level 3 for a while, and how “grace cycles” + doing something physical can pull you back to center fast.

If you’re trying to reset your year, break a pattern, or stop letting emotions hijack your decisions — this one is your map. ⚡️❤️

  • Season 3 Ep. 1 Happy New Year + The Exclusive Workshop Recording That Resets Your Year
    Jan 22 2026

⚡️ Happy New Year—and welcome to Season 3. This episode is an exclusive workshop recording where I break down the NCUYD framework and how to actually use it when life feels heavy, unclear, or repetitive.
❤️ In this episode I walk you through the real sequence behind your outcomes—influence → thoughts → emotion → action/inaction → outcome—and how to reverse-engineer what’s been keeping you stuck.

We get into the 3 levels of change, why you’re usually chasing a feeling (not a goal), and how to stop letting the same patterns steal your time and energy.

In this episode I share the exact way I personally audit my own habits at the start of a new season—without trying to change everything at once.

This episode is for you when you want a reset that actually sticks, you’re ready to build momentum the right way, and you want a framework you can use all year. ⚡️❤️

  • Ep.65 | When “I’m Fine” Isn’t True: Faith, Depression & a New Identity (Rob “Mr. Kingdomfit”)
    Dec 29 2025

⚡️ Today I sit down with Rob “Mr. Kingdomfit” — and we go straight into the real stuff: depression, identity, discipline, and what it looks like to rebuild your life from the inside out.
❤️ Rob opens up about losing his mom young, the heaviness that followed, and the moment he hit a wall and realized he couldn’t keep doing life the same way.

We talk about what “seek first the Kingdom” actually means in real life — when your mind is tired, your habits are messy, and you’re trying to become a new version of yourself without faking it.

In this episode I share why these conversations matter to me, what I listen for when someone says they’re “fine,” and the one shift that can turn a spiral into a starting line.

This episode is for you when you’re carrying something quietly, trying to level up your discipline, or you need a reason to believe you can come back from a low season. ⚡️❤️

  • Ep.63 | Blood Money to Building a Law Firm | Josh Johnson on Grit, Faith & Family
    Dec 28 2025

⚡️ Today I sit down with my friend Josh Johnson — a husband, father, and personal injury attorney serving Northeast Florida — and we go way deeper than “career success.”
❤️ We talk about the real origin story: growing up in the inner city with five siblings, lights getting shut off, living on tuna + crackers… and still being told, “We live here, but we don’t belong here.”

Josh breaks down the exact moments that forged his mindset — including the day his dad told him to call out the biggest kid on the football field… and it permanently rewired what he believed was possible.

We get into influence (how it shapes everything), identity (what happens when the “athlete” version of you dies), faith + brotherhood, and the gritty season where Josh was literally giving plasma to make rent — and the wild “ride-or-die” moment that revealed who his future wife really was.

This episode is for you if you’re rebuilding after a setback, trying to break a pattern, or you need a reminder that your roadmap can change — but only if you do. ⚡️❤️

  • Ep.64 | Love Your Enemy: From War to Healing (with Russell Holloway)
    Dec 21 2025

⚡️ Today I sit down with my friend, therapist and Gulf War veteran Russell Holloway.
❤️ In this episode I open up about my own past anger and the idea of “moral injury,” and Russell shares how he went from combat to counseling—and why he’s launching Love Rewrites History to push a National Day to “love your enemy.”

We get into the survival brain (and why rehearsal changes behavior), simple ways to drop from fight-or-flight to calm, and what forgiveness can look like without abandoning your boundaries.

In this episode I share a moment that changed how I respond when I feel triggered and the one question I ask myself before I react.

This episode is for you when you’re carrying old stories, trying to break a pattern, or need a practical way back to center. ⚡️❤️

  • Ep.62 | You Are the Value: 3 Levels of Real Change
    Dec 21 2025

In this episode I share a quick story about my brother Jeff, a moment on a kitchen floor after heavy drinking, and how it turned into a massive wake-up call—not just for him, but for anyone who’s ready to change.

I break down what I call the three levels of change:

    1. You don’t even know you need to change. You’re just doing your thing on autopilot.
    2. You know you should do something different… but you still react the same way.
    3. You hit that same situation again—and this time, you actually choose differently.

You’ll hear how Jeff went from drifting, doubting himself, and hunting for “the right job,” to realizing: he is the value. His experience, his discipline, his story—that’s what employers were responding to.

My goal is that you walk away asking yourself the same question:

“What happens when I start moving through my day like I’m the value in every room I walk into?”

If you’ve ever underestimated yourself, played small in interviews or relationships, or let old patterns run your life, this episode is your reminder to shift that story—starting today.
