Strong start to a mysterious tale, filled with action, suspense, & dripping in sex! The MC is a typical collage student that discovers his family's hidden ties to magic! After experimenting with his grandma's spellbook he accidentally ties his soul to a succubus who's been feeding on campus. Then two demons from hell show up explaining he owes souls to the cabal that is Hell's economy! So him and his new hot succubus must find a way to pay his new debt and find out how his grandmother is tied up in demon spellcraft!

Good book - appreciate the 1st for free. Subsequent books are 7 hrs and hard to justify a full credit or $ price.

Michael Dalton is becoming one of my favorite harem authors out there, his books have been entertaining with great characters and the sex scenes aren't boring like 90% of the more popular harem authors. This book wasn't super action packed or fast paced, so if you're looking for that this may not be your cup of tea. But where there isn't constant action, there's a really good story, interesting characters and a big universe that's being slowly uncovered. I'm glad that I found this series when there are a few books out because I am now looking forward to listening to book two!
