To Callie Masters, there’s nothing like a man with silver at his temples. When a silver fox walks into her booth, she nearly falls to her knees in appreciation. He’s suave with a hard edge, a wolf in a power suit. Her job is to work on the ink on his back, not daydream about something far more tantalizing.

Morgan McAllister knows he shouldn’t want the woman at his side, and not only because of the age difference. They come from different worlds, and he refuses to bring such a pure soul into the cutting edge of his circle.

Yet the fire between them cannot be doused, and one longing look sends them into each other’s arms. Misunderstandings and cutting betrayals are only the start of what stands in their way, and if they aren’t careful, they’ll lose everything before they even have a chance to truly begin.

Loved the narration. Story is short and sweet. Low angst, probably due to shortness of the story. Although bdsm couple, the scenes are light on details. The couple was insta love. Both H and h were strong people. I will listen to one of the longer books in the series.

Short and sweet

Would you recommend this audiobook to a friend? If so, why?

Yes I would and I have. I love the storyline and the romance between Callie and Morgan. She's a laid back tattoo artist and he is the older guy with old money.

What did you like best about this story?

The difference between the main characters and how the both had to grow and change to make things work for them.

Which character – as performed by Gregory Salinas – was your favorite?

In this book it's Morgan. Once he figures out what Callie means to him, the love he gives her is awesome.

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

Can the old fall in love with the new?????

Any additional comments?

This book is so damn good, you can't help but fall for Morgan and Callie's story. So you take one kick ass story then add in the sexy voice of Gregory Salinas and you have a 100000 star audio/ book

Keeps getting better and better! !!!!

I enjoyed this book a lot. The last 2 minutes the audio skips quite a bit. Otherwise fantastic story!!

One of the things I love most about Carrie Ann Ryans book is her ability to flow so naturally from one trope or theme to another and draw you in even when its not something you would normally go for. I'm not usually interested on age gap or D/s type books but I really enjoyed Callie and Morgan.
