Thus just might be my favorite book so far. I do miss Rioka and hope she is back soon. but the book was full even without her. I love how the author gets me to care about so many different characters. please don't ever kill off the dragon..everyone kills off the Dragon so be different lol. Thanks for all the great storylines, and thanks for keeping the size of the books larger than most authors. It shows this author really cares that we get our monies worth. and I really appreciate that! I hope the next one is in the works! I'm ready to pre-order anytime!

Once again no Ryoka in this book. Which is good, hopefully she dies someday. There's more bird action. (a funny light hearted character you'll love) Great narration, awesome epic fantasy world. I can't wait for the next book.

Admit when book 8 first started, I didn’t like it, and was thinking oh well here we go, finally the contents gonna get crappy! I was so wrong I can’t say I have a favorite of all eight books yet, but I love this series it is wonderful I think it’s on the level of Harry Potter in my eyes! Maybe even above I’ll listen to my books when I clean and do yardwork and I tell you sometimes my house is spotless cause I don’t want to stop cleaning because I want to keep listening.. you couldn’t ask for a better narrator. I don’t understand how she keeps all those voices straight and how she does them so well I never feel like two characters voices sound too much alike .. I’m looking forward to book 9 !
