I really liked the book overall, but I feel a bit cheated. Normally I only purchase audiobooks that are over 10 hours long, so this one was cutting it a bit close.
Then when I still think there’s a half hour left, the book ends… and instead there’s a 32 minute promo for a completely different series.

Kind of a scummy move by the publisher. Especially because one of the authors of the book they’re advertising is heavily involved with the publishing company.

Now, instead of finishing this book on a positive note, I’m now hesitant to pick up anything else from Royal Guard Publishing because I’m worried they might shove a promotion at the end.

Great book! Looking forward to the next one!
