Don't shy away from this audiobook when you see it is only 2 hours long. Caitlin Moss packs a punch and delivers a thoroughly entertaining story that had me curious where it would go from the first chapter. Anna had an incredible encounter with a stranger named Isaac when she was younger that made me swoon and fall in love with Isaac and his sweet, flirty ways. The icing on top was the way he tried to encourage Anna and build up her confidence in the time they had together. I could not imagine a case where they did not end up as a couple based on their interaction after they crossed paths.

Fast forward to when we learn about Anna's current situation being married with kids and feeling indifferent about her upcoming divorce.

Did Anna marry Isaac or someone else? Will she get a second chance and, if so, with who?

Andi Eloise and Brandon Francis made magic happen with their voices like we are known to expect from them, especially when the two of them perform together. Andi showed a threshold of voices for Anna, from being nervous and insecure around her family to hearing Anna's smile when she's hopeful for the future. Then let's talk about Brandon! His smooth delivery for Isaac made me forget that this was a fictional character. He delivers Isaac's lines with ease, as if this book was written especially for him.

This is my first book by Caitlin Moss, but it most certainly will not be my last!

I loved the 2 timelines of this book! It kept me guessing and wanting to know more, I loved the contrast between the FMC before vs now, and the female narrator did an amazing job differentiating between the characters state of mind. Both narrators did a great job I wanted the book to keep going! Loved this quick listen.

This is a fantastic, quick listen. The story is beautifully written, it's a dual timeline, which I loved. It added so much to the emotional pull for me. The narrators are amazing! I felt the emotions of these characters and I was attached from the start.
This author and the narrators are new to me and I'm definitely interested in more.
