This is Selene and Austin’s story. It was so wonderful. Austin is the I it make hunter that decided to cross over into the realm of the shades was drunk. He was looking for a good time and found the Lieutenant of the shade guard. Who did not think highly of him at first. Selene doesn’t know what to think k about Austin. He love music doesn’t eat meat and can stop himself from touching things that could kill him. But he’s handsome , funny and plays beautiful music and is the first person to truly see her. Both of them struggle with self perception and how other view them. It take a long once for them to realize that no other opinion matters but their own. It’s funny, the banter witty and the world building fabulous. Will Thorne and Rachel Leblang do a phenomenal job narrating. Loved every second and I look forward to listening to the other books in the series. ♥️🔥😍🔥♥️

The shades of sin series is one of my favorites. I loved the last two books and have been eager for this one to release on audible. Gula wasn’t as spicy as the other two books in the series, but it was so sweet & had a great story. The performance was great like always. I can’t wait for the next book in the series

I keep reading the synopsis and thinking nah that doesn’t sound great and I’m wrong every time! I’m about to start on the next one! I can’t wait until more release!

Will Thorn does an amazing American accent. Of course there’s nothing better than his British voice but he’s clearly gifted. The story was also wonderful.

It took me two years to finish this one; I kept starting and stopping but glad I have steered this title away from the DNF pile. The next book sounds more interesting so hopefully it doesn't take me as long to finish! The performance in dual was fine; but duet style would have been preferable. The story itself didn't keep my intetest; nothing much was going on.
