First of all, the writing is fantastic. The magic system is unique. Character development and world building throughout the duet is well paced. The narrators are SO GOOD - thank you for adding even more depth to the characters you evoked. And LJ Andrews, thank you, thank you, thank you! Maybe we’ll be lucky with a Thane and unfettered folk spinoff ;)

This 2nd book of the Duology was a great end to Lyra’s and Rorak’s story. I enjoyed how everyone’s story came together and of course loved the love and spice.

What a perfect ending to this two book series. Roark was every bit the dangerous and protective hero we all needed and Lyra is the captivating and beautiful soul to bring him to his knees. So many lives were lost but even more were found. Lies were uncovered and truths were found. Our dark Sentry may have lost his voice but he is proof that even in silence words can be told and stories can he heard.
