If I had remained in Ohio after high school graduation, I may have attended Kent State as it wasn't far from my home. James Michener's study and reporting of the Kent State shooting was very detailed and an informative read. I would have read it long ago but I didn't know it existed. I would have been on campus that day, I am fairly certain. All of Michener's books are great reads. His attention to everything shows through in all his written work. I recommend this book.
