I’m not military but this seemed like a real look at the espirit de corps. I could barely get anything done because I wanted to get back to the book. I can’t say much without ruining it but I encourage you to give it a try. I don’t think you’ll regret it. Oh and I’m a 72 year old woman so it’s for everyone

Overall this is a pretty good story. I found the ending unsatisfying which is exactly the same as where the last book left me. The characters and writing are solid though but I don’t feel any excitement for “what’s next in the series.”
