I could not stop listening. I listened to this story in one day. I loved every minute of it. I love how there are so many different stories, yet it’s all relevant to the whole story. So well read. I could tell each of the characters. One of my favorite books of the year! From a Forever Fan… Pam James.

Wow! What a fantastic Story!

It seems that the author has run out of interesting things to do with this series, and in this book has just thrown a bunch of vignettes together with a kidnapping (another kidnapping, whether it's of the mind or a person, it's getting to be the common theme in these books). The sorriest part of this book and the previous two books (Halloween books), is that the author is now showing the judge, the reason we read these books, to be selfish, self-centered, oblivious to the fact that she takes and takes from others, but doesn't even bother to show gratitude, appreciation, or to say thank you. After these last three books, I don't even like the judge anymore. And most disappointing for me, the courtroom parts are so short and so uninteresting in these last three books, that the fun is completely gone from the books. Alas, it appears the author has run dry on this series.

Not much story,
