I really enjoyed this unique story. The magic system is great- and the POV changes frequently to develop well rounded characters. However eventually I had to get the book on Kindle to read along with. The editing of the Narration left really long and obvious pauses in random places. In the middle of dialogue, pause, action sequence 2 second pause, etc. it really pulled me out of the story.

Great novel- good narration, bad editing on that narration.
