I hope that at some point this book will be narrated by a human. AI reading is fairly flat.
I liked the story. I'm enjoying the new characters we've met in this series. The pacing is good and author has definitely reigned in the need to spend chapters on descriptions of rooms, furniture, clothes, etc. The only thing that got annoying is that at the end of EVERY chapter there's a "suspenseful" pause before the last statement. These can be a smart addition when used in moderation, but at this point it has the same effect as your drunk friend saying "that's what she said" after everything you say. I feel like every chapter should end with the old fashion scary music: dun dun DUNNNN!

Loved the story….Ai voice isn’t too bad. The only thing is when there is accents the AI does such a bad job you can’t even understand what it’s trying to say. Otherwise tolerable. I’m glad this wasn’t a credit.

Ugh….
