Henry’s mother has enough money to live more than comfortably. But the only comfort she can concentrate on is her bizarre obsession. I like the story but there's to many questions left unanswered.. overall it's a good listen, but it could of been a little better.

I disliked this novel so much that I even stopped listening to it. My mind kept on wondering as I was listening. And was even hurting my ears listening to this one.

loved the revenge plot of the first story and the honless person's view on the second!

Wasn’t a terrible story. Some parts intrigued me, and kept me listening but the lack of any likable characters made me want to stop listening at times (and not for the good kind I’d expect from aron beauregard) if your a big fan of his and just want to support him I’d say give it a try but there’s definitely other stories in his catalog I can recommend over this one.

Some potential but missed the mark

I'm a huge AB fan, but the ball was dropped on this one. The story is just weird, and I don't mean good weird. It's poorly connected and feels like several things start to happen and then are never seen through or mentioned again. Almost every character in this story sucks and you don't end up caring about basically any of them because there's no depth or redemption happening. Narrator did a great job with what he had to work with.
