Only recently, Roger Huntington was operating out of Berlin, where he was part of a shadowy organization tracking down killers. Now he's back in his hometown where the brutal murder of his late best friend's father has left the local police with more questions than answers--a murder that echoes the torture he and Tooth suffered in Skinny Man's basement so many years ago.

Wading through the dark memories hanging over the town--his sister's death, his mother's eroding sanity--he must confront the possibility that a new killer is lurking in the shadows. Partnering with his old friend, Sheriff Teddy, the man who once saved him from death, Roger now delves back into the madness of an evil world that refuses to leave him alone in the hopes of bringing peace both to his community and himself.

But the world isn't fair, and Roger is about to face his darkest days yet.

I want more of these books I loved everything about the entire series. I'm hoping there's new adventures in book 5

Love the entire series

Guy's books are graphic but felt like this one was trying too hard. There was no purpose to most of the gross. Crossed the line between descriptive and trash. Also, wtf happened to present participles... Not a single "ing" in the entire thing. Seemed like a full half of what you hear is "en, en, en, en". Main character was supposed to be from NH but sounds like a bumpkin. Just kind of awful from the story to the narrator.

Tried way too hard to be graphic just for the sake of it.
