It is a bit odd to have a workbook in audible form but I did enjoy it. It was like being walked through journaling and thinking through all of my anxiety. I'm not upset about it at all.

This isn't a one size fits all guide, but it is a good guide to jump around in. Some exercises will work wonderfully for some and not so great for other.
