A child found. A target acquired. A galaxy on the verge of salvation.
While Soren’s reunion with Dana is happy, it’s a single pinprick of light in an otherwise grim present. With war raging and the fate of millions at risk, the Wraith reaches what Soren hopes will be their final destination.
The Eye.
The source of their struggles and the reason for the deadly conflict engulfing the galaxy. They’ve come to destroy it and end the war.
It won’t be that easy.

Some of the other reviews talk about how the captain voice and demeanor is unrealistic and stupid. The narrator does the main protagonist voice, no justice. I finally gave up on the book because no captain acts like this and no captain screams and yells out every command. I can no longer handle this book nor will I move on in the series. I don’t know who produced the audio, but they failed miserably.
Adieuand poor floundering story of great potential. You were killed by a narrator with no vision.
Good story but…

Upon encountering a third party, instead of explaining who they are they just start shooting. Then again they don’t explain anything but expect everyone to believe they are who they are despite knowing they are in another dimension. It’s beyond stupid.
The captain throws temper tantrums left and right. And at every chance they have an opportunity to explain the eye and the problems to those in universe 3, he resorts to just shooting. Or in the case of his son, remaining silent. It’s completely idiotic.
The author dropped the ball on this

I listen to a couple hundred audio books per year and let me tell you. This is by far one of the worst I’ve come across. I only listened to it and finished it because I’d already spent the credit and could not get a refund. I also only listened to it and finished it because it made me bored and sleepy.
Good riddance! It’s like watching the garbage truck pick up the garbage can on trash day.
