The end draws near, as a demon god stirs awake.

Lu Jie died in the final battle, leaving a remnant divine tree that now holds back the Demon God from tearing through the world. But all is not yet over.

Secrets lie in the realms between life and death, where the past touches the future, as the history of the Azure Jade empire and that of the very world unfolds in front of Lu Jie's eyes.

A door to an older war opens, and Lu Jie does not like what he sees on the other side. To truly rid the world of this Calamity, Lu Jie will have to make one final step. To that last destination that awaits him at the very pinnacle.

The end of cultivation: Immortality.

Book five of an epic Xianxia cultivation series perfect for fans of Beware of Chicken and Cradle. The series features weak-to-strong power progression, a light scientific approach to magic, tons of alchemy, spirit beast companions, and so much more.

Honestly a solid ending to a really enjoyable series. Thank you to the author for finishing it. That’s always a plus to a series

Great ending

Everything but the main plotline felt a bit hollow. It was like a puff piece for the main character. It felt like there just wasn't enough story left for the last book but it got stretched to fill one anyway.

An underwhelming finish to a good series

Iterations of leaf pills, and grieving for a sacrifice that no reader ever actually thought was going to happen. That was the whole book.

It was at least an ending
