Tyler's wealth bought him adventures…

…but this time he was in over his head.

Could the legendary underworld be found?

After years of hard work, Tyler built his IT Security company into a massive success. He trusted his people and now it was time to enjoy the fruits of that labor. Everything was perfect until an unexpected discovery. Should they go through the Maya portal?

Adriana's small diving instruction shop is popular enough with the tourists for her to scrape out a living, but it's not the life she expected. When she got the call, it seemed impossible. Wasn't Xibalbá a myth?

In a fantastic world of danger and possibility, two people want to discover the truth, but for entirely different reasons.

Have they opened Pandora's box?

Fresh approach to speculative fiction. Good story, great narration and one of the authors has actually spent enough time in Quintana Roo to learn about it.

Most Excellent Yarn

This book was surprisingly good and kept my interest way better than some of his other books. Would recommend. Not hard science fiction.

Pretty good

The premise captured my interest but the longer the story went on I kept anticipating an acceleration to the story, a larger reveal, or some antagonistic force to come into play. Instead, it was a lot of "I have no idea where I am or what I'm looking at."

That, and the book kind of casually glosses over the betrayal over the "challenge race" that occurs in the first act. Like... just feels very unnecessary if it's going to be treated fairly casually longer term.

Just kind of boring to me

Dislike worms? Keep away from this title. The performances are mixed, especially the Spanish names can be distractingly pronounced.

Huge scoleciphobia warning
