This title uses virtual voice narration

Virtual voice is computer-generated narration for audiobooks.
Tragedy strikes the Gardiner family and Elizabeth sacrifices her own prospects to help the family heal. She performs a heroic act while in London and then has to deal with the consequences for her and her family.
Upon her return to Longhorn she attends the Assembly where Mr. Darcy very much does not act the gentleman.
This is the story of a young woman overcoming all that is thrown at her, metaphorically. Caroline Bingley did not literally throw something at Elizabeth, however much she was tempted.

This is variation on the classic story, with accurate historical details.

1. how dare you hurt the Gardiners! that's just rude. 2. the rest is great. Lizzy is extra spicy and deals with the traumas of her life fairly well, at the very least her actions and reactions are believable and justifiable for her situations. Darcy, wee lamb, is still the best man in the whole book. he might be more innocent than Elizabeth in this one though. the virtual voice, as usual, highlights errors and missed edits; luckily, these are rare and don't distract much.

quite interesting and I like it but I'm still mad.

And her uncle had his legs crushed in the same accident that took his wife. Elizabeth went there to help her uncle at the age of 16. Great Jaff.

Aunt Gardiner died at the start of the book

This is the 2nd Pride & Prejudice Vagary I have read by this author and it was even better, in my opinion, than the first one. Gruinard writes Long, Very Detailed and Well-Developed stories using JA’s characters and basic original. This story should be read by one of the JAFF World’s best narrators. The Virtual Voice “voice” is very good, but there are the usual flaws. I overlooked them as the story is so good. I like this author’s original ideas and how interesting s/he makes the tales. I am going on to the 3rd book offered by this author on Audible.

Amazing P&P Vagary with Decent VV Narration

The development of Bennet girls characters within a different family dynamic was interesting. In essentials still the same yet Elizabeth's absence from the home remade sisterly affiliations.

Unique Role for Elizabeth

Fantastic story with some of the best virtual voice narration I’ve come across. Instant favorite!
