This was an amazing book, as are all of Jeb Blount’s books. The fact that he wrote this in 60 days is incredible. It is comprehensive and of course extremely relevant in the current climate. I have been working remotely since March in a virtual sales / recruiting environment and this book has given me critical pointers, affirmed the things I was doing right, and helped me correct the things I was doing wrong or lacking in. Absolutely recommended for anyone in a sales role or looking to learn more about sales!
