Bran has been thrust into the Trial of Kings before he was prepared, but even without his memories, he’s still the Bran who passed it once before. However, this time he won’t just do the trial once but twice, with the second time being even more dangerous than the first to ensure he can pull all of his companions through the trial with him.

The war is over, but the fallout is palpable. Ard finds himself back in the capital of Avente as tensions rise, lines are drawn, and he wants absolutely nothing to do with it. All Ard desires is some relaxation. After visiting his family, he finds a convenient excuse to escape to Zenovia. However, he soon finds himself entangled in a different political beast. This one is far more entertaining for Arden, who is trapped in the Zenovian palace while a mysterious force is assassinating potential heirs.

The Rapture has come. Nine Hell Gates erupt across the world—tearing reality apart and changing it forever. Bran’s plans are thrown into chaos by unexpected time dilation in the vault. With far less time than he anticipated, he must rally his organizations and seize the coming tide of resources. But Earth is stirring. Demons are awakening, ready to begin their long-planned invasion, while the Clans move forward with agendas of their own.

Bran returns to Vein City to find Gloria jealous that he came back with Nyx and Circe. While trying to solve that, Vincent becomes even pushier about entering the Vault. When going to open it, Bran discovers that this life has changed yet again. For whatever reason, they had gotten perilously close to cracking the Vault on their own and drawing all the future heroes of the First Demon War in a demonic trap. It's up to Bran to make sure they all make it out alive while reaping as much reward as he can from the Vault.

Ken and company are back from the dungeon shuffle. Now on Earth once again, their levels outstrip the colleges they were attending. However, that isn't stopping the Headmistress from trying to put them back into the classroom. As they dive once again, going into Star City and beyond they are coming up against new races and Felin is reunited with the nekorian race, though the meeting doesn't go quite as planned. Ken has to weave between uprooting the remainder of the SJS Financial web, following the rules of the Orkai and not collapsing under Crimson's renewed training efforts.

Bran is about to face the Hero’s Clan initiation, ready to unlock the legendary bloodline he’s always craved. But nothing goes according to plan. Instead of a smooth ascent to power, Bran is forced into the spotlight when one catastrophe leads to another, threatening the lives of every new recruit. Hiding was never his strong suit, but now it’s impossible. To save his clanmates, Bran steps out of the shadows—only to uncover a long-forgotten branch of the Hero’s Clan, one that was erased from history in his past timeline.

Classes continue at Haylon academy. Ken has identified who's behind the attacks on his Fieore and is determined to remove that particular problem, yet Haylon rules prevents him from taking it into his own hands. As they dive deeper into the dungeon, Crimson prepares him and the rest of the first years on how to camp in the dungeon. When their camping exercise is interrupted, Ken's done and this time he means business. Ken is going all out and his abilities tell him one thing, Ken was never trained as an adventurer. Ken was trained as an assassin.

Ken and company come back from summer break after arduous training for their third year at Haylon. No longer are they the fresh adventurers that once didn’t know the right end of the sword. Instead they have settled into Star City among the Orkai and are thriving deep within the dungeon and even locating trails for the class to get powerful new abilities.

Ard joins the war with an explosive start, the Garrish army is marching through the pass to the ruined Chillwind Fort. The only defenders are Ard and company to hold out until reinforcements can arrive. Though his accolades are too startling and he draws the attention of The King only for General Trevis to swoop in and send Ard on a mission behind enemy lines. He's to stir up the populace of their rival kingdom to rebellion.

With Ken on the run and Crimson missing, he goes to the Elven world with Neldra and Fayeth to hide out until Crimson returns. Lady Rendral isn’t quite what he expected, her reclusive life leads her to happily accept Ken and Fayeth for the summer. But the future Empress of the Elven people isn’t without her own struggles. Political opponents push her and she hires Ken to dig up some dirt on those who would stymie her goals. Ken can see her struggle and works with Lady Rendral to topple her opposition.

Ard and his anchors are off to the capital, but not without his Congratulations—you’re-a-mage horse. Ard has to figure out what it means to be a noble as he struggles with the politics of the capital, fierce beasts and even fiercer rivals. All the while a goddess slips into his household as the staff and works to watch over him and his mother.

Reeling from the conflict with the dwarves, Ken and several Haylon classes move to an event on the 28th floor of a dead branch of the dungeon to prepare for the raid. While he’s busy training, his grandparents give him his first mission to assess and carry out on his own. Between Ken’s time of scouting out and investigating his target, he runs in with the other three schools and learns he’s not the only ace damage dealer. Pendulum, Trusk and the Royal Academy all have a student that’s a head above the rest of their peers.

Five hundred years of fighting demons and humanity has been pushed to the brink of extinction. As the last bastion of the remaining humans is shattered, Bran Heros, the Wandering King, decides to enact a last ditch effort. He’s going to send his soul back in time to two years before the demon invasion comes to earth. This time when the demons first come he’s going to be waiting. He might not be as strong as he was in his past life, but he has something far more important.

Ard and his companions are being hunted by King Martin, who has gone completely scorched earth on his own kingdom in an effort to root them out. The lovable mage finds a quiet spot in the uninhabitable wilds of Garrish to train his soul magic—only nothing ever goes quite according to Ard’s plan. Driven out by King Martin’s escalating mania, Ard must now go through the king to reach the goddess behind it all.

Ken and party are training with his grandparents, preparing themselves to the next semester of Haylon. Yet, even after the Gransmens' deaths there are still plots from the Kaiming targeting Ken. After thwarting an attack on him at the Nagato Clan, Ken heads back to Haylon to get the strength he needs. After all, at the end of this semester, Crimson owes him almost a week of personal training and she sets ambitious goals for him. If he can complete them, he'll be going to the Elven World for summer break. Now Ken just needs to get rid of all these magazines that are cluttering up his inventory!

Ken returns from the Elven World to another year at Haylon College. Yet, attitudes towards training have changed, the Naga attack has shifted priorities the world over and Ken finds himself and his fellow classmates pushed harder than ever before. The big four colleges no longer are going to focus on survival of their students, it’s time to push them and let the strongest shine. Which would be okay for Ken, if a new problem hadn’t cropped up. A monster that doesn’t appear in any of the records has been stalking him through the dungeon. The answer to it, might actually lie in Crimson’s past.

Ard is hunkering down in the mountains for the winter as the war cools with the snow. That means it’s time to practice his magic and stay out of trouble. Well… Ard might not be entirely proficient at the last one. At the very least, he’s staying away from the city and his penchant for annoying other people. Except that doesn’t work out so well when he’s forced to attend a ball held by the Brighthavens, though they’ll certainly regret forcing Ard’s attendance.

Arden was left in the village by a dying mage, who never returned. With no way out of the village on his own, he had always held onto the hope that one day his magic would awaken and give him access to his spheres. But he’s about to turn eighteen and it’s never come. Instead, he’s settled into his lot as a sarcastic and quick-witted innkeeper. That all changes one night when his old flame, who escaped the village to become a mage’s anchor, returns. Ard’s life is about to go through some dramatic changes, and he’s not ready for them.

Zach and his ladies are packing up for the dragon conclave. He has enough on his hands trying to impress centuries-old dragons that he’s their new king. But when a dragon arrives injured and another dies at the conclave, things grow tense at the conclave. Zach will need to step up as their new king and solve a problem so old it’s been forgotten. As if he doesn’t have enough to deal with, as pushy dragons vie for his attention, he’ll have to solve a murder as well.

Winter was supposed to be a time for Ard to relax and train; instead, he finds himself repairing a ruined city. The battle at Faylin has made waves, and people are starting to have expectations for Ard and, more importantly, for Gwen. The Elder Trial is set, and Ard heads back into the den of vipers that is the capital. While his mother prepares to become an Elder and take over House Aldis, Ard is plotting and planning to ensure he doesn't get caught up in Carmilla's machinations this time around.
