The Invasions have come, and Gideon and company are dealing with heavy losses. They are not alone. A lot of their allies lost people as well to get the Second Challenge finished. Now, on their doorstep, elite soldiers of vast multi-versal factions are landing upon Erebus. There will be betrayal and treachery, as well as surprise allies, and all of it coming to a crescendo that will shake not just the foundations of their world, but reverberate all through the cosmos.

The Crucible of War—A floating asteroid the size of a small planet carving its way through the universe. Eight Cities, a million participants, death, blood, carnage, control. The Crucible is televised across the cosmos and provides entertainment for the The Great Galactic Empire and its Citizens. Every once in a while though it needs it's Contestants replenished. This time around Earth has been chosen. 50,000 humans are to be given the honor. One of those is 52 year old retired Army Master Sergeant, Jebediah 'Jeb' Stone.

Two brothers, their Momma, and their pot bellied pig turned into 500lb Iron Tusk Boar, Dozer, face the end of all they know as the Earth is absorbed into something called War World.

A man who was forced to become an Assassin is interrupted just as he was to kill the last impediment to get to the Senator who sent him down the path. Earth has been chosen for Integration into the Multi-Versal System and reality itself will shift to a post apocalyptic scenario. t will not stop him from keeping the promise to end the Senator and bring justice for the broken women he left behind.

The First Challenge has been conquered, but with a heavy heavy cost. Lives have been left as corpses in the mud, and the Multi-Versal System has targeted Gideon as a threat. Gods and Factions shift their pawns upon the board, and even the Primordial Creators of the System themselves have stirred for the first times in eons.

The Second Challenge is pushing them to the brink of losing all they hold dear, Dungeons, and they must be conquered or they all will unleash their denizens across the entire World of Erebus. Bronze Dungeons are what's on the table and they seem beyond what they can tackle but do so they must, at only Iron, and it will take cooperation amongst allies and enemies both. They know they will need one eye open for treachery hangs upon the edge of every path Gideon can see. The cost will be higher than he'd ever want or choose. People were going to die, it was inevitable.

They've made it through the Iron Dungeon but not without a heavy cost, mentally and spiritually, for Jeb. His madness once again flared up, instigated by the revelation some of his soldiers have been pulled into the Crucible of War, and yet, they still have no clue where humanity will land, in which deranged City they will be shoved into, and if it is not Blood City, how they will get to them?

Gideon has healed himself and escaped the assassination attempt by the System itself. He came out of it still Copper while all the movers and players were Iron with the System's last ditch effort to see him dead with time dilation tricks. The World Council happens and the list of adversaries keeps growing as does the number of possible allies.

They have survived the Tutorial and now enter their new home, the merged world of Erebus. The Multi-Versal System is still an asshole, still focused on blood and carnage, murder and treachery. They have three days to prepare for the beginning of a trio of Monster Waves to test the few that have survived. On top of that, the flora and fauna of the new world have been mutated and enhanced. Gideon, L'Sana, and Ari are not alone however. They made a deal and the remnants of the Shador are at their side. They have a City Stone and a few Gods in their corner whether Gideon wants them or not.

They got through The Infernal Palisades, but not without a heavy cost. Half of their team is broken, soul-weary and mentally unhinged. Trust is shattered on the crumbling road behind them but not enough to stop the Brothers from tackling the quest that if they succeed, will give them a sliver of a chance to save their Momma and keep her from being a plaything to torture for eternity. It will also give them the opportunity for some payback and to punch the Spider Bitch in the jaw.

They've survived their first dungeon...kinda. Their party is complete. All six have been chosen. This is who goes forward to try to salvage the remnants of humanity and keep them safe from the predations of War World.

They've escaped the Tutorial with a heavy cost. Classes are chosen, destinies written, and the story unfolds in arterial threads of never ending fulcrums, slips of breath in chests heaving loss and hope. War World is now the sandbox, the arena, and they must grow stronger, much stronger if they want to save that which they treasure more than life itself.

Jeb, Bose and Bogie fell a bit short at getting through the warren that is the Skull and Bones Territory, an avalanche of Greenskins on their tails. Within a stone's throw to the safe haven that is the Emporium they are cornered. With very few choices they enter a Dungeon that just might be their end. They've grown strong in a short time but are still Bronze while the Dungeon is Iron. Jeb has been punching up his entire life, long before the System but this might test the boundaries of what he can do.

A world devastated by a Great War, a large part of it, turned into an irradiated wasteland, but also breaking open the sky into a northern lights kaleidoscope that brought a system, abilities, stages of power and oh yes, demons. It was called the Dream. It also brought an advancement that melded magic and tech and the Lanterns, a trained force to keep the demons in check....

Jeb has been chosen as a Contestant for the Crucible of War and he refuses to leave his two-year old Cane Corso, Bose, behind. Whatever they face, they will face together. They were supposed to go to a Tutorial where everything would be challenging but fair. Like everything else in his life, it went to shit and he got sucked into the Endless Dungeon with beasts far far stronger than what he was supposed to face but through the grit gained as a retired Master Sergeant and the courage of his pooch, Bose, they survived.

The War Hounds find their footing and incorporate their new members. Xautil and Bota seek to establish their own empire, dancing and bonking included. Shai'ton, Hell's Daughter and the other infernals strive to establish their control over Earth while fending off their Infernal Overlords in Tir' Na'Nog and York is the nexus where everyone's plans come to a crossroads. The Fortress has stood for eight years as a symbol that humanity will not kneel, will not lay down, they will fight. Will it fall or be the birth of a war the echoes across the cosmos.

For over a hundred and forty years, heroes and villains fought all over the world, the Long War. The Vigilant, the coalition of Supers, did their utmost to keep the depredations of the Citadel, the conglomerate of Villains, in check. After endless decades, The Vigilant finally thought they'd won but a decade ago, the heroes fell, betrayed, and utterly crushed by those they tried to save. This is the story of Arc, the last Vigilant.

Growing stronger in War World is not for the faint of heart, and they have their first real dungeon to conquer, The Gray Depths. The undead patrol its boundaries, and they are hungry.
