This book is a frustrating story to listen to that I couldn't put down. They way the Kevin is able to develop all characters as human with struggles, positive traits, negative traits & growth. The controversial story telling of a man who kidnaps a baby and a mother's loss & determination to find her son. This book had my feelings all over the place. It felt like every page had me screaming AHHHHH because I was so angry, happy, sad, questioning the characters actions, high points, low points....its an emotional rollercoaster. I would highly recommend this book!! Love Kevin O'Brien for his character development & story telling ability. Hold on for the ride!

I’m a huge Kevin O’Brien fan. This one isn’t his typical crime story plot, but holy hell did I cry. I would never have guessed from the synopsis that I’d find myself rooting for a good outcome for a kidnapper.
