I actually like the series and hope it gets better, so don't think im just hating on the book. Does it seem to anyone else that Lucius is becoming more whiney and less tactically sound in the head?
I mean he trains like crap then wonders why he can't fight as well. I'm not going to get into the back and forth with the girl

I love this series. I really hope it doesn’t take another 3 years to get 12 hours of book with 4 hours of good combat. I’m cool with the forbidden love story. I’m cool with the ladies loving the MC. I’m cool with basically all of it, except if it’s going to take another 3 years, either ramp up the action, or give us twice the content. Macleod is awesome (he’s also real good in the Cowboy Necromancer series by Harmon Cooper, highly recommend). Thanks for another addition Apollos!

I always enjoy underdog stories, mix that with some forbidden love, unbeatable enemy and the fate of the world and you get this book. Great story, cant wait for next book.

Oh, also I don’t know if you ever read these comments but when is the next underworld book coming out. I’ve been waiting a longggg time for it and I need to listen to the next even if it’s the conclusion.
