This is definitely a dark story but I really enjoyed it. Joe Arden is fantastic as usual and CJ did a great job too. Definitely check trigger warnings prior to listening. Loved getting to hear a lot about Hawke and Cole as well.

Anytime an author has the ability to change your views, and expand your mind on a very judged topic like addiction ...wow. I'm so grateful to now be more empathetic to a world I was so unaware of. Amazing story & performance from both narrators! Joe Arden as always incredible. Also spice scene are 100! lol

This is a very dark book. With dark themes. I truly loved this book. Jescie really made this one that touched my soul. These characters are so unique. I loved the story. And while it is dark. It tells raw and real life. I appreciate it. Loved this so much. I’m so glad the story ended like it did.

Hands down for Jescie Hall and Joe Arden and CJ Bloom this book was just as good as Hawke. This book has me wanting to start my healing journey. I loved how you can relate and see the growth in Kid and Johanna and even Hawke and Cole. Just the best.
