Wow! I listened to this all day today and haven’t cried so much from a book in so long. It was wonderful, heartbreaking and heartwarming.

First of all, I’m a huge Michelle,Heard fan! I love all her mafia books, so I definitely had to give this contemporary romance a shot. Right from the beginning, I was caught into the story and invested in the characters. I normally like romance suspense books, but Things That Break Us stole my heart, and I’m so glad I read it. The Narrators did an amazing job and made the story come to life.

I absolutely loved this book, it’s amazing in every way. There were several moments that made me cry but that’s ok lol I am a very sappy person anyway. The cancer diagnosis was close to my heart and actually well played out in the book. I work as a pre-certification specialist at a local cancer center/hospital and have been there almost 10 years now. I’ve seen a lot and learned a great deal and worked very closely with our patients. They amazed me in the beginning of my career and still do even now. This book had all the feels, thank you!
